She consults with companies both domestically and internationally to help them improve their culture and develop sustainable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives driven first by empathy. She believes empathy is foundational for creating cultures that support diverse candidates. Tammy is passionate about developing managers into great leaders, as they are the primary drivers of culture.
